    Product Description

    The Omron Tech Pumps GPT Single Screw Pumps are suitable for the following working conditions:

    ● Transportation of high - viscosity media: The viscosity of the media ranges from 20,000 to 200,000 MPa·s, depending on the size of the pump.

    ● Transportation of media containing solid particles or fibers: The maximum particle size is 16 mm, the longest fiber length is 100 mm. The solid - phase content is generally 40%, and when the solid in the media is in powder form, it can reach 60% or even higher.

    ● Continuous and stable transportation: There is no periodic pressure fluctuation like that of reciprocating pumps.

    ● Low - agitation transportation: It does not damage the inherent structure of the media.

    ● Satisfying low - noise requirements.
